Our Protein Molecular Weight Markers are designed for use with SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE). These protein ladders for SDS-PAGE are available in three size ranges: Low (molecular weight range: 14.3–97.2 kDa), High (molecular weight range: 44.3–200 kDa) and Broad (molecular weight range: 6.5–200 kDa).

Each marker is quantitated to yield uniform band intensities when stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 following SDS-PAGE. Five µl of 20-fold diluted protein ladder is recommended per lane of an SDS-PAGE minigel.
