Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate – Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis
SDS-PAGE is a widely used technique for the separation of proteins based on their molecular weight. Proteins are denatured, coated with SDS, and resolved through a polyacrylamide gel under an electric field, allowing for high-resolution analysis of protein purity and molecular weight.
| Gel Format : | 4–20% gradient or custom |
| Protein Range : | 10 kDa – 250 kDa |
| Sample Capacity : | Up to 30 samples per gel |
| Resolution : | High-resolution band separation |
Protein concentration: 1–10 mg/mL, minimum 20 μL per sample. Samples should be in appropriate loading buffer.
Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry
GC-MS combines the powerful separation capabilities of gas chromatography with the precise detection and identification power of mass spectrometry. It is the gold standard for analyzing volatile and semi-volatile compounds with high sensitivity and reproducibility.
| Spectral Range: | m/z 35 – 1050 |
| Sample Capacity: | Up to 120 samples per batch |
| Resolution: | ≤ 0.5 Da (Unit Resolution) |
| Detection Limit: | ppb to ppm levels |
Samples in appropriate solvent (ethyl acetate, hexane, etc.). Minimum 100 μL for analysis. Volatile samples preferred.
Liquid Chromatography – Tandem Mass Spectrometry
LC-MSMS is a powerful technique for protein identification, quantification, and characterization in complex biological samples with high sensitivity, specificity, and throughput. Ideal for proteomics, biomarker discovery, and protein analysis.
| Mass Range : | m/z 50 – 3200 |
| Dynamic Range : | > 5 Orders |
| Mass Accuracy : | < 1 ppm |
| Sensitivity : | Low fmol |
Protein samples (1–100 μg). Can be in various buffers. Purified or complex mixtures accepted.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
HPLC is the gold standard for analyzing the purity and composition of organic compounds. Our HPLC service provides precise separation, detection, and quantification of compounds in complex mixtures with high reproducibility.
| Column Types : | C18, C8, Phenyl, Amino, etc. |
| Detection : | UV-Vis, RI, Fluorescence |
| Flow Rate : | 0.1 – 5 mL/min |
| Injection Volume : | 1 – 100 μL |
Samples in appropriate solvent. Minimum 100 μL. Dissolved in mobile phase or compatible solvent.
Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
FTIR spectroscopy is a powerful analytical technique for identifying functional groups and characterizing molecular structures. It provides rapid, non-destructive analysis of solids, liquids, and gases, making it ideal for quality control and material characterization.
| Spectral Range: | 4000 – 400 cm⁻¹ |
| Sampling Methods: | ATR, Transmission, Reflectance |
| Resolution: | 0.5 – 2 cm⁻¹ |
| Accuracy: | ±0.01 cm⁻¹ |
Solid or liquid samples. For solids: powder or thin film. For liquids: 5–50 μL in appropriate container.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
NMR spectroscopy is the gold standard for determining molecular structure and dynamics. Our NMR service provides comprehensive structural information, purity analysis, and molecular characterization for organic compounds and biomolecules.
