TAE Buffer is suitable for the preparation of agarose gels and as an electrophoresis running buffer for the separation of nucleic acids in agarose or polyacrylamide gels. In addition, this product is ideal for use in all other molecular biology techniques where Tris-acetate-EDTA buffer is required. SLS’ 50X TAE Buffer is highly pure and free of contaminants.
